Our reasons for becoming financial professionals are deeply personal. We repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. We are confident that with our understanding of personal finance, coupled with our training as financial professionals, we can help people better prepare for the future. After years in the business, we have developed a reputation for educating individuals in an easy-to-understand manner so they can grasp personal finance and use those concepts to pursue their financial objectives. Joe is the President of Gwynn, Moore & Associates, Inc. He joined the firm in 1992 and moved into his current position in 1998. He has been affiliated with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp. his entire career. From 2006 Joe has been a member of The Resource Group, an invitation only, nationwide network of the top financial planners within Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp.
Joe is a graduate of the University of Miami with a BBA '91 in Finance and an MBA '92 with dual specializations in Finance and Management. He also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designations. He is married to his wife, Kelley, since 1992 and has three children - Jason, Jonah & Justin.
Allison Baylis

Allison joined Gwynn Moore & Associates in March of 2020 as our Client Services Administrator. She is a Kentucky native who has spent the past 15 years in Florida in the Administrative & Financial services industry where she gained a wealth of knowledge including- obtaining her Insurance license and a background in Medicare Supplement Insurance.

Ruth joined Gwynn, Moore & Associates, Inc. in 2018. She brings over 18 years of high level, professional administrative skills. She specializes in customer service, front office management and health care administration including claims processing and resolution. Ruth is also bi-lingual – fluent in English and Spanish.
